Although we each may have character defects due to our individual genetics, family lives, and choices we have made, Pastor Rick Kielley reminds us that we can obtain new predispositions to righteous living through salvation. Nevertheless, we are encouraged to focus on changing one defect at a time, living victoriously one day at a time, accepting God’s power, envisioning what we want to become, doing good, fellowshipping with people who help, and acknowledging progress.
