Pastor Basil Wilber encourages us to turn all aspects of our lives over to God so he can help us in our daily living. Even as Jesus went to the cross for the remission of our sins, we need to nail self to the cross by making Christ the center of our lives, we should nail our security to the cross and trust God to “have our backs”, we must nail success to the cross by measuring sucess by Godly standards instead of worldly standards, and we have to nail status to the cross by refusing the temptation to elevate ourselves above others in the body of Christ.
