Something and Someone

When My Something Becomes a Someone

Rick Kielley

Nov 03, 2013, 10:00 AM

Each of us is born with a hole in our soul – something is missing in our lives which causes an emptiness and restlessness. Pastor Rick Kielley explains that although the woman at the well was looking for something, Jesus became the someone that she needed in her life. Similarly, our temptations can become our addictions when we yield to them. So we need to find the someone who will heal our lives and fill the emptiness in our souls instead of looking for the something that leads to pleasure for a season.
