Encourage Yourself in the Lord

In the face of the threat of being stoned, King David encouraged himself in the Lord, ordained a garment of worship, and sought after God’s wisdom for direction in a bad situation. Similarly, Pastor Michael Kielley admonishes the ALC body to encourage ourselves in the Lord and take the fight to the Devil. Encouragement coupled with direction will always accomplish more than criticism. People will feel they can accomplish anything when they have someone on their side who believes in them and will help them overcome. And where there’s unity, there’s revival!

Similarly, Pastor Michael Kielley admonishes the ALC body to encourage ourselves in the Lord and take the fight to the Devil.
